Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
CLEANING - the apartment should be clean and free of all rubbish, left over food and personal belongings.
KEYS - a key replacement fee of $150 will be charged when keys are lost or not returned at the end of their stay.
Guest will incur additional fees if house rules are not followed. Please ensure keys are returned to the lockbox upon check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max. 2 guests at a time can access the onsite gym and pool facilities.
Residents of the building must adhere to quiet hours between 10pm - 6am
Guest must not throw rubbish or cigarette butts from balcony as significant fines can be issued and guest will become liable for such infringements.
