The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in coveted midtown Toronto which is located just two blocks from Yonge Street, Toronto's main artery. Within a five minute walk you'll have access to shops, restaurants, grocery, entertainment and parklands. It is a short drive from the highways so all areas of Toronto and the surrounding area are easily accessible.
What makes this property unique
There are many furnished rentals available in midtown Toronto near Yonge & Eglinton, most of them are in high-rise condominium buildings -- small square footage, traffic noise, elevators required -- this apartment feels like home with a large yard and tables / BBQ for outside dining.
