This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath pool home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, with room for two additional guests on a hideaway sofa bed in the living room. With a private electric-heated pool, fenced yard, and an outdoor entertainment area, this home is ideal for families, group getaways, and travelers bringing their dogs along for the adventure.
Inside, you'll find a bright and inviting living space where guests can unwind after a day exploring Southwest Florida. The living room features a streaming TV and a hideaway sofa bed, offering extra sleeping space when needed. The open layout makes it easy for everyone to gather, relax, and spend time together.
The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals simple and convenient during your stay and includes a Keurig coffee maker so you can start your mornings with fresh coffee before heading out to the pool or nearby beaches. The dining and living areas provide comfortable space for group meals, conversation, or relaxing indoors.
The bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind and offer plenty of space for groups and families. This home also features a complete laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.

This home also features a complete laundry room with washer and dryer.
The home is dog friendly, and the fully fenced yard gives your four-legged companions a safe place to enjoy the outdoors. For beach days, guests will also find beach chairs and a cooler available, making it easy to pack up and head to the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches nearby.

Please note that there is no garage parking, guests may use the driveway for parking.
Dogs must be disclosed at time of booking with a pet cleaning fee of $109
Extra Guests: The property rates include up to 6 guests. Each additional guest is $16.35/night plus tax. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.
*We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 to 5 days of your stay.
*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.
