Family Vacation

This place was as good as advertised. We were thoroughly impressed with the house. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We were there for a full week. It was much bigger than what the pictures actually showed. The pool was awesome, the kayak's were a great we would kayak everyday. Our family loved it so much we are already looking to go back again in October to rent the same house.

Perfect retreat!

We have stayed at this property many times, and for a month in June 2026. We have not had a problem at this home. It is always clean, quiet, and beautiful. The neighborhood is also safe and friendly. It’s perfect for a couples retreat or with family. Relaxing by the pool is amazing!

This house is a home with everything you need for a great Florida stay! It’s peaceful and ina quiet and tranquil neighborhood. The area is rich with anything you could possibly need shopping wise. Although beaches are a drive, they are worth the trip! Sanabel is the closest beach. There are excellent restaurants nearby. We hope to be back next year!

Great place for family vacation

We loved our stay in this home by the canal. The boys loved the pool and there are lots of nearby activities and places to eat. Beds are comfy and lots of supplies for a week of relaxation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. The house was neat and clean and very spacious. The sunroom was so inviting and the perfect spot for an afternoon nap! The area was very nice with many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. It was close to walking trails and golf. We had no issues with the house whatsoever, and all instructions were clear. We look forward to revisiting! Thank you!!

Perfect, especially for a familiy!

We‘ve been here for about two weeks and had a very good time. The house is great, very clean and the pool was a ton of fun. During our stay we missed nothing and we are looking forward to the next holiday in Cape Coral.

Very comfortable house

House was in a good location (easy access to lots of shops/restaurants) and in a nice neighborhood. There are lots of different sitting areas which was nice since we were at 5 adults. We sat on the patio overlooking the pool and canal most of the time.
