Beautiful home away from home!

This home was perfect for our Cape Coral vacation. It had everything we needed and more. Boat dock on a beautiful canal close to big water and the kayaks were a huge hit. The bikes were great to ride around the beautiful neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Plenty of room and the pool was a great place to relax at all times of the day! Outdoor sitting area was great for our morning coffee. Our week was absolutely amazing!

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa 21. The house was perfect for the family. We enjoyed sitting at the dock, swimming in the heated pool and using the bikes. We would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1809 Savona Parkway. Very clean, close to shopping and the property was everything and more than what was in the description. Jim the property manager was prompt and helped when we needed him. We will definitely recommended it to our family and friends and we would stay here again in the future.

We hadcan excellent stay in Cape Coral. Beautiful house and pool with also two kayaks. Lots to do. Nice beaches and lovely walks.

Very nice house, great location and is adequately supplied. We had 7 people and an infant. The pool was nice and the view of the canal is beautiful. The house is on the market, but the price is way too high. The house is in need of a makeover, badly. The cutlery needs to be replaced, not even sharp, more paper goods need to be available for guests as well. There's fishing equipment, beach chairs and an umbrella that are broken in the garage. The griddle in the kitchen doesn't work well at all. Towels need to be updated as well.We did have a great visit & were actually looking for homes in the area, this one would need a bunch of work though.

On Paper goods, paper towels tolitet paper we only supply a starter package for these items. If the home dose not sell the owner will be making inprovements.

Very comfortable Cape Coral Stay

This very comfortable home is nicely decorated in a very quiet neighborhood located at the end of a canal. Clean and well stocked with towels, paper goods, kayaks, pool floats, etc. Centrally located near shopping, restaurants and activities. Would stay here again when in the Cape Coral area.

Cape Coral Vacation

The home was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely furnished and we had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. The pool was clean and our grandkids loved swimming in the pool during the day. We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying there again in the near future.

Wonderful home

My family had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed our time at this home. Everything was as described in the booking. The home was very spacious. The pool was great and we enjoyed looking out at the canal while in the pool or resting on the lanai. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when in the area.

4 bedrooms for 4 guys over 75 for a week of baseball. Great location. Only 2 bathrooms was the only minus.

Cape Coral getaway

Good size house in great location for SW Florida. Fort Myers still recovering but good access to Sanibel and Captiva islands. Lovely view at rear of property down canal with visiting dolphin and manatee. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Nearby yacht club Tiki bar was our favourite.
