The townhouse is as described and met our family’s needs perfectly. Our main complaint was the ever present reality company personnel. Pool cleaners, handymen, landscapers, cleaners were coming and going on a daily basis. The agent handling the unit was on property several times a day. When we go on vacation, we want privacy, not a never-ending procession of service personnel. Of course, this all means that the property is well taken care of. But, this comes at a loss of privacy for the tenant. There is a small courtyard parking lot in front of the units. The realty company assigns parking spots rather than just letting you park where you want. One day, They actually asked my husband to move his car one spot. It was silly.
