Welcome to Elizabeth's Secret! You have found your secret!

A very private and secluded tropical oasis awaits you behind the private gated entrance at Elizabeth’s Secret, but just steps to all that Key West has to offer.

Once inside the gate you will find a great space with plenty of outdoor seating and a private pool (NOTE: This pool can be heated for an extra cost, please inquire with your host prior to your stay).

You find a wonderful covered front porch complete with a porch swing. The seating area is perfect for those times in which you want to get out of the sun but still be able to visit with family and friends lounging poolside. The side yard has room to relax while you grill your fresh catch of the day.

Inside this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage you'll enjoy a bright and well-equipped kitchen inclusive of a breakfast bar, an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, and a living area that has plenty of room for relaxation. Bring the outdoors inside by opening the French doors off the living room to the side deck where there is a space for outdoor dining.

The master suite is decorated in bright colors, and has access to a private outdoor shower, (there is also a shower inside).

The second bedroom is located upstairs over the living room in a large loft area. This loft-bedroom is open to the living-room below and has a king-sized bed.

The third bedroom is downstairs and has access out onto the deck. It is a full sized bed.

We are close to everything, even the Pickleball courts!

The home was clean and in a great location but is in desperate need of updating. The owners suite shower was tiny, though we really enjoyed the outdoor shower. Formica counter tops, cracked floor tiles and delaminating cabinets left it feeling quite “rough”. We loved that the washer and dryer worked great and there were plenty of towels and washcloths.

Perfect Stay in Key West

This house was in the perfect location for our trip to Key West. I was able to walk to all of our destinations and the pool was clean and a perfect way to cool off from the heat. The host has put a lot of effort into all the details that make a stay a trouble free vacation.

Post winter family getaway

Everything worked out perfectly for our stay. We stayed with 5 adults and the space worked for us. It was hard to find a home with 3 bedrooms without twin beds. Communication was excellent. We had one minor issue and the service to rectify it was immediate. The location of this home was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. We really liked how the home was set back from the street making it private and quiet. We would choose this home again.

Perfect Key West oasis

I wanted something off the beaten path but close enough to Duval Street where you could walk. Elizabeth’s Way was perfect. We rented a golf cart and saw everything on our bucket list.

Perfect place to stay in Key West

We spent a few nights here during a wedding weekend celebration in Key West. The home was in the perfect location. Very close to Duval street but set back enough for peace and quiet. The pool was amazing and much bigger than anticipated. The home was extremely roomy. All the amenities you would need and tons of towels! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth secret! The pool was perfect and the bedroom layout was great for our family. The kitchen offered flexibility and dining and the washer and dryer were a huge help! The house was very clean and all the linens provided were very comfortable. We can’t wait to book our next stay! Awesome communication with owner!

It was a great home close to everything but we had to buy dish soap - laundry detergent - also they didn't have any kind of cleaner(Lysol - disinfectant for counters ECT) no coffee - sugar - foil ECT (yes we did purchase the items and left for the next guest.

Great location right off Duval

We had a great stay with our friends and for being in Key West, which is usually tight quarters, this didn't feel small with the vaulted ceilings and layout. We had 6 adults, which was a little tough with only 2 bathrooms so keep that in mind. The pool was great and we had it heated so that was even better. The location was great, so close to Duval and a couple stores if you want to grab groceries to have on hand. The house was tucked back away so very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be staying there again!!

Lovely home near Duval and all the action

Lovely, well kept home close to Duval and all the action Key West has to offer. We booked this house in December for our May visit and we were not disappointed at all. Location was great and we walked to most locations. We had a rental car but parking is so limited in KW we left it at the house most days. You can walk to most of the restaurants and tourist spots from this house. We loved the pool and layout of the house. Host is very responsive and friendly Would definitely stay here again

Family Celebration

Elizabeth’s Secret was a perfect cozy home to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday and spend fun/quality time with she and her brother/ his girlfriend. We always rent bikes which gets us around town easily to all of our Key West favorites and continue to explore new spots. The pool was enjoyable morning, noon and night. As well as cooking and grilling the fresh fish we caught Monday on the fishing charter we had booked. Off street parking, coolers to use while kayaking at Lazy Dog, blender for margaritas at the pool and much more all provided at Elizabeth’s Secret. We hope to enjoy the home again soon!

Cozy and Comfortable Home

Our family of five ranging from kids to grandparents greatly enjoyed Elizabeth’s Secret. The private pool was a big hit. Temps were in the 60s when we visited so paying the fee to have it heated turned out to be a good decision. The pool had lots of pool toys on hand. The master bedroom was a nice size and comfortable. The second bedroom on main floor was small but fine, especially with only one person in that room. Upstairs loft is room , just know as you can infer from “loft”, has steps that could be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. The home was well stocked with kitchen supplies, clean and cozy. The location was absolutely fantastic! Far enough away from Duval to make it feel quiet and secluded but close enough to easily stroll to the action. We look forward to another visit in the future and would recommend as long as the bedroom set up and space fits the renters needs.

Relaxing Vacation Home Away From Home

From the first booking day to the check-out day, the property manager, Bobby, was always quick to respond! My family loved the property at first sight. Everything was very clean and in order. My 17 year-old twins loved the saltwater pool, spending countless hours in the pool. The property has kept that traditional Key West charm allowing my family to feel fully emersed in the Key West aesthetic. The location of the property was FANTASTIC, allowing us to walk to the majority of old town sites or taking the very convenient free bus to the rest of the main town that would have been a bit of a walk. The dedicated parking spot was a HUGE luxury to have in Key West!!! We totally enjoyed the expansive deck with a porch swing, a 2-person breakfast/coffee table overlooking the pool, and a patio table with chairs for my entire family to eat outdoors. When needed, the A/C was wonderful. The outside shower was another convenience that we weren't expecting. All in all, this is now my family's favorite vacation location and property with a future return for sure. Thank you Bobby for everything!

Private retreat away from the bustle of Duval. Well equipped home, could use some updates, but very clean and comfortable. Loved the porch, deck, and pool! A bit of a walk to everything, but walking distance nonetheless. Parking easy, a/c and ceiling fans were a great resource from the heat and humidity, and pool was clean and cool enough. We have visited her twice now. We love the location and the pool is wonderful. The outdoor shower in the back keeps us from dripping all through the house to get cleaned up. The house is a bit dated. The kitchen and master bathroom are in need of repairs, the walls are dirty from people rubbing up against them in the small bedroom, and the fan cover is missing from the small bedroom.The washer and dryer are VERY loud, so I wouldn’t recommend using them at night. None of these things would keep me from recommending this location, but we likely won’t return because it’s the same as it was when we visited two years ago. The owner is very kind and responds quickly. The carafe to the coffee pot was cracked and he delivered a “new” coffee pot the same day. All in all we have enjoyed our stays at Elizabeth’s Secret and are grateful for the memories we have created there.
