Our quietly located holiday home in Dresden, in the idyllic old village center of Dresden-Laubegast directly on the Elbe, is comfortably equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, terrace and balcony. Suitable for 2 to 6 people.

The kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, 4-burner stove, oven and refrigerator with freezer.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath, toilet and hairdryer. There is a second toilet with washing machine, drying rack and the possibility of ironing for you.

In the living area, a large seating area, flat screen and stereo invite you to relax.

Each of the 2 bedrooms has a double bed and a sofa bed and is located in the 1st Floor and attic.

There is the possibility to use the WLAN free of charge.

There is a car parking lot on the property for our guests.

Our terrace behind the house offers you the opportunity to grill and sit comfortably. In our small front garden on the entrance side you can relax and watch the quiet foliage goings-on in the evening sun.

A high chair and cot are available if required.

Wir haben das Haus für 4 Nächte gebucht. Das gemütliche Haus hat unsere Vorstellungen voll erfüllt. "Einfach ankommen, eintreten und wohl fühlen. " Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause. Der nette Vermieter hat an alles gedacht was man benötigen könnte. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für jegliche Erkundungen in die Stadt nach Dresden und die vielseitige wunderschöne Umgebung. Man kann sich auf dem Balkon im ersten OG oder auf der Terrasse super entspannen.Vom Check in bis zum Ckeck out alles super. Steffen gibt sich sehr viel Mühe mit seinen Gästen. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und bedanken uns bei Steffen ganz herzlich.

Wir durften unseren Sommerurlaub zu viert und mit Hund in dem tollen Ferienhaus für 10 Nächte verbringen und haben uns in der Unterkunft mit den drei Etagen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch, das Haus liegt direkt an der Elbe. Wir hatten unsere Räder mit, so dass wir in kürzester Zeit in die Altstadt von Dresden sowie auch in die Richtung der Bastei fahren konnten. Herr Bärsch hat uns viele tolle Tips für Unternehmungen gegeben, vielen Dank nochmal ! Die Ausflüge zu den Schlössern waren sehr interessant und schön. Selbst unsere Töchter haben gesagt, dass wir wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine entspannte Woche

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön in Dresden und Umgebung, wir haben die Tage genossen, mit der Wohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden und unser Vermieter war entgegen kommend und es herrschte eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ein ruhiger Ort zwischen sächsischer Schweiz und Dresden, aber auch direkt vor der Haustür sind Lokale, gute Bäcker und an der Elbe kann man wunderbar spazieren bis Schloss Pillnitz.

Wir sind nach Dresden um zu sehen was seit 1998 als wir wegzogen passiert ist. Super Ferienhaus, perfekte Ausgangslage um Dresden zu erkunden. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieteter. Ferienhaus war mit allem was man brauchte ausgestattet.

Super Lage - netter Vermieter

Die Lage der FW idtvsehr gut. Direkt an der Elbe. Mit dem Fahrrad dem Elbradweg entlang, ist man beispielsweise in ca. 8 km in Dresden und in ca. 12 km in Pirna. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt haben wir 2 Wochen dort verbracht und es wurde nicht langweilig.

Perfektes Ferienhaus an der Elbe

Das Ferienhaus ist modern, gemütlich, sauber - einfach perfekt ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, aber dennoch zentral. Elbe, Bäcker, Restaurants, Straßenbahnhaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden gern wiederkommen.

Ruhige Lage und gute Ausstattung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in der Doppelhaushälfte des Vermieters. Die ruhige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Elbe hat uns begeistert. Bäcker und Restaurant sind auch gleich unten an der Elbe zu finden. Der Elberadweg lädt zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen

Urlaubsfeeling pur

Sehr schönes und perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus direkt an der Elbe. Ruhige Straße im Ortsteil Laubgegast. Hervorragend geeignet um mit dem Rad direkt an der Elbe entlang zu radeln. Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es alles in der Nähe. Sehr netter und sympathischer Vermieter.
