The villa Lindemann since 1886 family owned and is still inhabited by the descendants of Lindemann's. By September 2013, the garden level of the villa has been converted to a spacious apartment with 75 square meters of living space.

The large living room measures approximately 30 square meters. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a double bed on request. A large dining table seats 6 people and the reading chair is ideal for a cozy readers pause.
The 40-inch LCD TV has HD cable connection, a CD and DVD player are also included.

The eat-in kitchen with dining area for 5 persons is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, oven and dishwasher.

The 'bay-bedroom' is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers.

In 'Red Bedroom' found two beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. One of the beds during the day is stored as a pull-out bed under the other bed.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.

Wir waren vom 6.4.24 eine Woche in der Villa Lindemann. Wenn man Altbauten liebt muß man dahin. Es gibt hier nur eine Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles verhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Die Stille die einen beim morgigen Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse umgibt und die frische Gartenluft sind der Garant für einen guten Start in den Tag..Außerdem haben wir in der Villa nur fröhliche Menschen angetroffen. Beim nächsten Besuch in Dresden ist dieses Haus für uns die erste Adresse.
