Past Elbvilla - on foot or by bike in the New Town and the city center.

The villa Lindemann since 1886 family owned and is still inhabited by the descendants of Lindemann's. By September 2013, the garden level of the villa has been converted to a spacious apartment with 75 square meters of living space.

The large living room measures approximately 30 square meters. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a double bed on request. A large dining table seats 6 people and the reading chair is ideal for a cozy readers pause.
The 40-inch LCD TV has HD cable connection, a CD and DVD player are also included.

The eat-in kitchen with dining area for 5 persons is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, oven and dishwasher.

The 'bay-bedroom' is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers.

In 'Red Bedroom' found two beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. One of the beds during the day is stored as a pull-out bed under the other bed.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.

2. The 800-square-foot garden plot adjacent to the Elbe and the rechtselbischen same bike path. The direct Elbzugang through the garden is possible to use the garden is the family reserved.

Breathtaking

We loved our stay! The parking was great. The house and apartment were like something out of a fairytale. There were extensive gardens and key access was given to the gate leading to the path by the Elbe. Dresden Innenstadt was within a 45 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed including many places to sit. It was truly magical. Close to public transportation. We will most certainly be returning if ever in the area again.

Das Wohnen in einer Villa hat ein besonderes Flair. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr gepflegt. Die Straßenbahn ist gleich in der Nähe. Die Innenstadt kann man auch in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Toll fanden wir die direkte Lage an der Elbe. Mit dem Vermieter hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung am Elberadweg. Mit der Straßenbahn kann man die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt schnell und einfach erreichen. Das gleiche trifft auch für den Einkauf zu.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen! Der Blick in den herrlichen Garten, wenn wir draußen saßen, war eine Wohltat für die Seele. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Angenehm war es auch, durch das Gartentor auf dem Elberad/Fußweg Richtung Innenstadt zu gehen.Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wohnung ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, sie ist ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Urlaubstage benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wäre gut schon im Inserat zu lesen, dass es sich um eine Souterain Wohnung handelt. Aus den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern, der Küche und dem Bad kann man nicht rausschauen. Ein Hinweis auf die vor Ort zu zahlende Beherbergungssteuer wäre auch nicht schlecht. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber voll in Ordnung.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Die Lage am Elbufer und der kurze Weg in die Altstadt sind einmalig. Auch der Parkähnliche Garten am Haus macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderen.

Eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Es war alles vorhanden. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit Zugang zum Elbradweg . Bis in die Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Es bietet sich an eine längere Fahradtour zu unternehmen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder.

Es war alles super!

Wir haben uns in der Fewo sehr wohlgefühlt, es war alles vorhanden und die Räume sehr geschmackvoll renoviert! Wow! Was für ein Anwesen!!

Wir sind (2 Freundinnen) für drei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft gewesen und es war einfach herrlich! Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns der Hausherr, um uns die Schlüssel zu überreichen, die Wohnung ausführlich zu zeigen und machte auch noch eine große Runde durch den überaus zaubervollen, parkähnlichen Garten. Wir waren begeistert!Zur Wohnung muss man wissen, dass sie im Souterrain liegt - bedeutet aber, dass sie bergab ein ganz normales eigenes Stockwerk ist mit kleiner überdachter Terrasse und Blick in den Zaubergarten. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche, Bad, beide Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (und darüber hinaus). Alles ist blitzsauber und modern. Da die Wohnung straßenabgewandt und Richtung Elbe liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig. Die ÖVP-Anbindung an die Stadt ist sehr gut; man ist aber auch zu Fuß in 15 min inmitten der Neustadt.Für uns war es so optimal und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Reise mit Freundinnen

wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Garten in guter Lage von Dresden, sehr freundlicher Empfang und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, zum Garten hin sehr ruhig gelegen mit lauschigem Sitzplatz im Grünen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden im Bedarfsfall wieder gerne hier herkommen.

Großzügige Wohnung in beeindruckender Villa mit traumhaftem Garten und perfekter Lage an der Elbe

Jederzeit wieder - wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dank der tollen Lage der großzügigen Wohnung - direkt an der Elbe und zentrumsnah. Die Villa ist beeindruckend, der Garten ist ein Traum. Der Gastgeber hat zu jeder Zeit alle Fragen beantwortet und uns persönlich willkommen geheißen. Alles top! Sollte mich jemand nach einer Unterkunftsempfehlung in Dresden fragen, würde ich immer diese nennen.

Idyllisch gelegene Wohnung

Wir sind in der idyllisch gelegenen Ferienwohnung gut untergebracht gewesen. Zur Stadt war es ein schöner Spaziergang und auch Neustadt zeigte uns seine schönen und interessanten Ecken. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Urlaub in Dresden

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Garten war ein Paradies für uns und vor allem für unsere Kinder. Die tolle Baumschaukel war das absolute Highlight. Eine tolle Begrüßung mit Blumen auf dem Tisch und Schokolade auf dem Kopfkissen hatten wir auch. Von der Villa war alles wunderbar zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
