Exclusive apartment near the Elbe - Loschwitz, quiet, yet central

Our modern and well-equipped apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in the beautiful district of Loschwitz / Niederpoyritz near the Elbe. The apartment is 61 square meters and offers enough space for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is very quiet in the back of the house (Elbe side), so nothing can be heard from the street. Equipment: large living and dining area with large TV, CD player and radio, comfortable sofa bed (160 cm), free WiFi access, large selection of books, very nice and large bedroom, spacious and well-equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher , Coffee machine, kettle and toaster and lots of cooking accessories. Bathroom with toilet and tub (with shower attachment). Garden use.
Tea towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea and many other extras are included.
Own bicycle storage room is available. Own parking space in front of the house.

From here you can walk to the Elbe, the Schönfeld highlands or the Elbhang in a few minutes. Only 300 m away you can take the ferry to the Laubegast bank. The apartment is located directly on the Elberadweg. Bus stop only 200 m away. The city center can be reached by car in 20 minutes.

Sehr angenehme Ferienwohnung in der man sich schnell heimisch fühlt. Ich werde nicht das letzte Mal da gewesen sein :-). Die per Mail erhaltenen Instruktionen zum Check-in und dem restlichen Ablauf waren sehr präzise.Lediglich früh um 7 Uhr das Treppenhaus derart Lautstark sauber zu machen, war an dem einen Tag etwas ärgerlich, aber dafür kann die Ferienwohnung und auch die Vermieterin der Ferienwohnung nichts.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Schön gelegen.

Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man gut in die Stadt. Zu Fuß ist es etwas weit, allerdings kann man einen Spaziergang die Elbe entlang genießen.

Moin. In der Wohnung war alles was wir brauchten. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Es ist zwar ein Mehrfamilien Haus, das ist aber voll OK. Die Nachbarn waren nett und immer für ein Plausch gut. Der Fahrradkeller war sehr zweckmäßig und gut gesichert. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt..Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Sch.

Gern wieder

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zu Fuß ist man in 5min an die Elbe gelaufen. Über den Elberadweg ist man in 35min in der Dresdener Altstadt. Klare Empfehlung 😊😊😊

Gute Lage der Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Fahrten mit dem Fahrrad an der Elbe mit der Nähe zu Dresden und seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr genossen. Ein Badesee hat uns beeindruckt und auch zu Fuß gab es viel zu entdecken. In der Wohnung ist tatsächlich alles vorhanden, was im Alltag benötigt wird.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in der sehr sauberen und top-eingerichteten Wohnung sauwohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Die Lage in unmittelbaren Nähe zur Elbe und den gut zu erreichenden Urlaubszielen (Altstadt, Meißen, Elbsandsteingebirge Moritzburg) war perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Unterkunft für elbhangfest

Wir hatten einen super Ausgangspunkt für die Veranstaltungen der vielfältigsten Art . Die Wohnung hat uns viel zu staunen und entdecken gegeben. Sehr interessant und geschmackvoll fanden wir die Komposition der Einrichtung von alten (aufgearbeiteten) Mobiliar und dem Landhausstil. Wir kommen gern wieder und können auch sehr weiterempfehlen.

Liebevoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Schöner Blick auf die Elbe, die Wildgänse waren jeden Morgen zu hören. Der Verkehr auf der Straße nach Pillnitz ist zwar hörbar, jedoch ist es nachts ruhig. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr gut das es einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus gibt, so kann man entspannt ausladen und das Auto stehenlassen, denn die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3min entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner kleiner Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Lage nähe der Elbe. Bis in die Stadt braucht man etwa 15 Minuten und das Schloss Pillnitz erreicht man ebenso in knapp 10 Minuten. In der Umgebung findet man alles, was man zur Versorgung benötigt. Es standen Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können den Gastgeber, wie auch die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Dresden ist immer eine Reise wert.

Sehr schöne Lage in der Nähe vom Schloss Pillnitz. Mit dem Auto (Stellplatz vorhanden) oder dem ÖPNV alles schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden vom Fön, Bügeleisen, WLAN bis zum Wasserkocher oder der Mikrowelle. Fazit: Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfektes Wohlfühl-Domizil

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil, wunderbar dekoriert, perfekt ausgestattet und eine sehr herzliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Nähe der Elbe, Elbauen und des Pillnitzer Schlosses mit seinen Parklandschaften waren das Sahnehäubchen oben drauf für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt mit Hund. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wieder wunderbar!

Wer gerne sowohl die Dresdener Innenstadt besuchen möchte, als auch die sächsische Schweiz, z. B. mit dem Rad entlang der Elbe erkunden mag, ist hier genau richtig. Eine schön eingerichtete Fewo, in der man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann!

Sehr hübsche Ferienwohnung

Es war eine tolle Urlaubswoche. Die FeWo verfügt über alles, was benötigt wird. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Umgebung ist super schön und alles gut zu Fuss, mit dem Rad usw. erreichbar. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank dafür!!
