Coastal Bliss is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private tropical retreat, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. This beautifully designed home features stunning views, abundant natural light, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, offering the perfect balance of comfort and relaxation.



Large windows flood the home with natural light and frame views of the pool and outdoor terrace, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout. The property is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.



Outside, enjoy a private pool and terrace area, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The property also includes on-site parking for your convenience.



Located in Aguada, between Rincón and Aguadilla, Coastal Bliss offers a peaceful coastal escape close to beautiful beaches, local dining, and a more relaxed island experience.

LIVING AREA



Upon entering Coastal Bliss, you are welcomed by a bright open-concept layout that connects the living and kitchen area. Large windows frame the infinity pool and terrace, filling the space with natural light and beautiful views.



The main living area is comfortably furnished and flows into the kitchen area and the outdoor terrace, creating an ideal setting for relaxing or spending time together. In addition, the home features a separate family room with a TV, offering an additional space for entertainment and relaxation.





KITCHEN



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. It offers essential appliances, cookware, utensils, and all the basics for preparing meals with ease. It’s stocked with everything you need for cooking, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, stovetop, accessories, and a coffee maker (note: no oven).





SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



Each of the two well-appointed bedrooms features a queen-size bed, blackout curtains, and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, while the second full bathroom is conveniently located for easy access from the second bedroom and common areas.



PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.





GETTING AROUND & PARKING



A car is necessary to explore Aguada and its beaches. Coastal Bliss offers a driveway with parking for up to 2 cars.





LOCATION



Aguada shares a coastline with Aguadilla and Rincón, known for stunning beaches. Highlights include:



Balneario Pico de Piedra (Aguada): Ideal for swimming and family outings.



Rompeolas and Crashboat Beach (Aguadilla): Offers some of the clearest water along the northwest coast of Puerto Rico, with gorgeous shades of turquoise.



Sandy and Maria’s Beach (Rincón): These are a favorite among the surfers, where several surfing instructors take visitors to learn to surf. You can rent surfing equipment on site.



Domes Beach:(Rincón): Also known as Lighthouse Beach. Great surfing action all year, a popular spot to watch the sunset and for loungers wishing to enjoy the sound of the waves.



The PR-115 road leads to Pico de Piedra beach, branching off to Rincón and Aguada. Along this route, explore numerous oceanfront restaurants and bars. Don’t miss La Cruz de Colón, marking Columbus's disembarkation in 1493.

STARTER AMENITIES



At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.



All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.



We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:



- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)

- 3 garbage bags

- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)

- 1 dish soap

- 1 dish sponge

- A small amount of laundry detergent



Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.



Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.





HOUSE RULES



RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.



NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.



NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.



QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.



UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 6 adults/children at all times, including visitors.



OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.



TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.



TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.



SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.





CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES



Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.



If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.



If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.



Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.





TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON



We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.



Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
