An excellent home base for any Metro Vancouver touring and access to the highway for a quick trip to Whistler or elsewhere in the lower mainland.

Secured, private entrance to a split level suite that is centrally located in North Vancouver minutes away from Mount Seymour, Deep Cove, Vancouver Aquarium and the FIFA Fan Festival and game sites.

Separate bedroom, private bath and pull out couch with shared access to a backyard oasis with spacious deck and BBQ and with dedicated offstreet parking.

The space
The Suite is the entire lower level of a split level home (~600 sf / ~50 m2) and features:

- private living room space with large Smart TV with Chromecast, eating area and sofa bed
- private full bathroom with full laundry facilities
- separate bedroom with double bed and dedicated workspace
- shared access to large backyard with deck, BBQ, outdoor dining area and lounge furniture
- free onsite parking in driveway or street parking in quiet cul-de-sac

Note: The suite is legally licensed as a short-term rental, giving you peace of mind for a reliable, professional guest experience and we are happy to entertain longer stays.

Guest access
The suite is accessed through a secured, private entrance from the backyard via self check-in with door code to your own private suite with no shared access.

Other things to note
Though there are no full cooking facilities, the eating area includes a mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, bowls, plates, utensils, can opener, wine opener, mugs, and wine glasses.

There are also several restaurants nearby including one of the best sushi spots in Vancouver!
