Important Building Policy

A ₱3,000 refundable access card deposit is required.

An access card processing fee is collected upon arrival:
• ₱350 on weekdays
• ₱500 on weekends

The deposit will be refunded immediately after checkout once the access card is returned and the unit is inspected.

Lost or damaged access cards incur a ₱5,000 replacement charge as required by building policy.
