A spacious studio with partitioned bedroom, full kitchen, dining and living areas. Centrally located in a quiet road and yet just 5 mins walk from the shopping and dining establishments in Greenbelt.

Furnished with all conveniences of home, ideal for short and long term stay. Perfect for a couple or individual traveller. Concierge service and security 24/7.

Guests have access to common facilities such as swimming pools (4-6 feet for adults as well as a kiddie pool), a small playground for kids and gym/fitness area.

There is also a spacious lobby and comfortable receiving area in the ground floor.

The airport is about 30 mins away and Makati Medical Center closeby for any emergency.

Less than 5 mins away is a public park/ weekend market ideal for walking. There is also the Ayala Triangle with cafes and restaurants ideal to have brunch after a short run in the morning.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by walking using the walkways that connect the offices and malls within the Makati CBD. To get out of Makati, taxi or uber/grab would the most convenient option. For cheaper option, bus and jeepney stops are all within walking distance.

Fantastic location

The apartment is in an excellent location a block from Ayala Avenue just around the corner from Greenbelt. Less than 5 minutes walk to both. It is quite big compared to many in Makati and you will not find a better place for the price in this location

Very convenient to the best things in Makati! AC worked well, but I didn't need it much in Jan. Bed is very hard, be aware of that if you're used to a soft mattress. Other than that, it was a good spot!

I stayed here for a total of 6 nights and it was quite comfortable. The A/C works well, which is key, and it has all the amenities you could want for a vacation and possibly longer stay. It's got amazing views as it's above the 15th floor in the building. The owner was lovely to work with, very accommodating, and even offered me a wi-fi hot spot for my stay which was unexpected because it doesn't offer internet in the listing.
