At the ground floor there is a convenience store, spa and bank , while the surrounding neighborhood has numerous restaurants, coffee shops, bars/clubs, parks, and the Greenbelt Mall.

There’s a farmers market next door every Sunday.
Cleaning is only once before your check in, full housekeeping and change of bedding and towels are available upon request with fee! There is 300 php parking fee nightly, Small to medium trained pets are allowed, pets have to wear diaper entire stay! Pet fee is 1000 php (one time payment)

Great base for shops and restaurants

This place is ideal for anyone looking for a central base for exploring Makati City. The location is perfect; shopping, restaurants, access to public transportations such as trains, taxi, buses, etc….all a maximum of a 10 minute walk away. The studio is beautifully furnished with all the facilities. Maryam was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!
