Charming overview studio by Greenbelt (Netflix & pool)
This beautiful condo is right on Greenbelt. It’s renovated with complete kitchen appliance, including pots, pans, and dinnerware.
At the ground floor there is a convenience store, spa and bank , while the surrounding neighborhood has numerous restaurants, coffee shops, bars/clubs, parks, and the Greenbelt Mall.
AMENITIES: high-speed WiFi, Netflix, full-kitchen, gym, and swimming pool.
There’s a farmers market next door every Sunday.
Cleaning is only once before your check in, full housekeeping and change of bedding and towels are available upon request with fee! There is 300 php parking fee nightly, Small to medium trained pets are allowed, pets have to wear diaper entire stay! Pet fee is 1000 php (one time payment)
