Welcome to Sedona Resort, a magical lush paradise with two side-by-side properties with connected backyards. Each property has 7 bedrooms and offers an array of incredible features, including two heated pools, a sauna, gym, cabana beds, outdoor gas fire pit, soccer field, and a basketball hoop. With a total capacity to accommodate 32 guests between both villas, the fenced and gated properties ensure privacy and security, complemented by parking space for up to 10 cars. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs and fast internet, providing modern comfort. Our resort offers the ultimate convenience for exploring the vibrant city, situated just 15 minutes away from the beach. The Space:

Two open-concept living rooms with a gorgeous views of the pools is the perfect place to hang out as a large group. Sit back on the big sectional couch and enjoy easy access to your favorite streaming networks on the 75” flat-screen smart TV. Make some popcorn if you feel like having an epic movie night during your stay.





FIRST HOUSE



Bedroom 1 features a tempur-pedic queen-size bed, a spacious closet, a pool view, private bathroom, Smart TV.



Bedroom 2 in suite bathroom has a comfy queen-sized bed and a closet to unpack your belongings, as well as a Smart TV.



Bedroom 3 is furnished with queen-sized bed, has a lovely view of the pool area, and has an ensuite bathroom and a Smart TV.



Bedroom 4 has a comfy queen-sized bed and a Smart TV.



Bedroom 5 is furnished with queen-sized bed, has a large closet a view of the front of the house, and a Smart TV.



Bedroom 6 has a comfy queen-sized bed and a Smart TV. located on second wing of the house.



Bedroom 7 has gorge view of the nature, queen-sized bed and a Smart TV.



If you have extra guests, the large sectional couch in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping area. There are also two foldable single beds that can be set up to accommodate more people. Please let us know in advance if you need two extra single beds set up 24 hours before your reservation.



SECOND HOUSE



Bedroom 1 features a tempur-pedic king-size bed, a spacious closet, with private patio with gas fire pit and two swing chairs.



Bedroom 2 has a comfy queen-size bed and a ,closet to unpack your belongings, as well as a Smart TV.



Bedroom 3 is furnished with two queen-size beds, and has an ensuite bathroom and a Smart TV.



Bedroom 4 has a comfy queen-size bed and a Smart TV.



Bedroom 5 with a queen size bed, in suite bathroom and Smart TV.



Bedroom 6 located on second wing of the house with a 2 queen size bed and Smart TV.



Bedroom 7 with a cozy queen bed, and Smart TV.





BATHROOMS



Each of bathrooms boasts luxurious showers, plush towels, and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.



Bathroom 1 is an ensuite bathroom with a shower, fully stocked.



Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area and features a spacious vanity and a large walk-in shower.



Bathroom 3 is conveniently located near one of the other bedrooms.





KITCHEN



The modern kitchen has been recently upgraded and is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need to cook for a large group of family or friends. You'll find stainless steel appliances, gorgeous marble countertops, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need to feel right at home. There is a dining table with seating for six.





OUTDOOR SPACE



It's easy to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine during your stay thanks to the spacious outdoor areas. The private backyard boasts a sparkling pool, fun inflatable toys, sun loungers, large day bed. There's also a cozy fire pit, a gas grill, and beautiful lush garden along the perimeter. The backyard is fenced and lined with dense vegetation to give your group the utmost privacy throughout your stay.



Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $300 per stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.



We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $250 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.



Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles.



We also offer discounted rates for our guests on Luxury 14 Passenger Limousine and Yacht Charters.





Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules.
