We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The property was very clean. Very nice place place to stay. Quiet street, and easy access to amenities.

We got the whole place to ourselves for 4 of us which was great. And had the kitchen and barbecue to cook for our stay. We were there during a 30C heat wave for the week, which I imagine is rare for Yellowknife so it was pretty hot even at night since there was no AC. That was probably the biggest downside of our stay there.
