We stayed for one night as a group of five friends. There are convenience stores and a supermarket right nearby, and we picked up a few things and continued our evening together in the spacious living‑dining area. The place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Being close to Shinagawa Station made it easy for everyone to head home the next morning. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Traveling with three young children, we needed a place that felt safe, clean, and easy to manage — this home delivered exactly that.Katsu’s thoughtful setup, including the BabyBjörn pack-and-play, was genuinely helpful.The kids enjoyed the toys, and the island kitchen made it easy to cook while keeping an eye on them.We were told there might be some train or construction noise, but it never bothered us.The stained glass, rooftop space, and small decorative details left a memorable impression.Being close to Shinagawa station made everything simple — arriving from Kyoto, sightseeing in Tokyo, and getting to Haneda Airport.A place we would definitely choose again.
