Just a 5-minute ride from Ikebukuro Station via the Tobu Tojo Line, the nearest station (Oyama) offers incredibly convenient access to central Tokyo.

・We warmly welcome guests who treat the space with care and respect.
・No parties, loud music, or unregistered guests.
・Please keep quiet after 10 PM (as we are located in a residential area).
・Before checkout, please return furniture to its original position and separate trash properly (instructions provided).
・No smoking inside the building.
・No pets allowed.
・Guests may use the designated trash station 24 hours a day.
