The space is bright and inviting, featuring 11-foot ceilings, oversized windows, and soft, neutral tones that create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It includes a cozy bedroom with plush bedding, a modern spa-inspired bathroom, and an open-concept living area—perfect for unwinding after a day out or enjoying a quiet evening in.

You’ll also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances, along with a charming dining area ideal for morning coffee or a relaxed meal.

Other details to note:
Guests will have full private access to the entire basement suite, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, dining space, kitchen and access to in-suite laundry for added convenience.
Guests shall not access the mechanical room & under stairs storage due to safety & security of the landlords areas.

This is a basement suite within a residential home. While the suite is private & soundproof, small household noise may sometimes be heard from upstairs through non-quiet hours.

No outdoor equipment inside the residence please (like Bikes, ski/snowboard etc)
The basement has its own thermostat. During cold months, the host has set to 21 degree celsius while in the summer is off for a comfortable stay.
