This is a one bedroom basement apartment in a fully detached house in Brighton, Saskatoon. Separate self check in. The entrance to the suite is on the right side of the house i.e. to the left of any guest looking at the house.
Bedroom with queen bed, night stand, bed side lamp, standing mirror; Living room with loveseat, coffee table, 50 inch tv with Netflix, DAZN, Youtube and other streaming apps; Full kitchen with stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer; 3 piece bathroom; Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Extra towel, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc.

Straight route from downtown offices, The University of Saskatchewan through College Drive.
Close proximity to Brighton Market Place where we have The Stoke Centre, Landmark Cinemas, Motion Fitness, A&W, Tim Hortons, Safe on foods, Dollarama, 7-Eleven, The Keg, Brighton Dental, Brighton Eye Centre, Shoppers Drug Mart, and a host of other stores.
