The chef’s kitchen, complete with butler’s pantry, connects effortlessly to the alfresco area via a convenient servery window.

Rental Agreement: Guests must sign & abide with the rental agreement terms.
Maximum guests: 10 (excluding infants under 2).
Parties & events: Not permitted.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. A $500 penalty applies if smoking occurs inside.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Excessive noise that may disturb neighbours is not permitted
Pets: Not Allowed
