This freshly renovated 2BR/2BA features luxury furniture, designer décor, floor-to-ceiling windows and a Smart TV with multiple streaming services. ONE of the very few Short Term Rental buildings in Vancouver that is equipped with Central Air Conditioning and Heating.
Bright, spacious, and steps to top dining.
Located across from St. Paul's Hospital, and a 15-min walk to Rogers Arena, BC Place, English Bay, Stanley Park, Convention Centre & Cruise Ship Terminal. Free parking. A short 90 minute drive to Whistler!
Our condo can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed with the bathroom right across the hallway. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, complimentary toiletries and in-suite laundry facilities.
We would like to remind you that this building is completely NON-SMOKING. This INCLUDES no smoking or vaping on the balcony and any outdoor common spaces. Kindly smoke at the street level away from entrance ways.
Stay productive or connected with ease, courtesy of our high-speed WiFi.
We love our condo and hope you will treat it as if it was your own. Partying and loud noises will disrupt residents in the buildings and we ask that you be respectful of these in house rules.
