We offer a large self-catering apartment. Bread service possible. Nice landlords, ideal for families. The apartment consists of a kitchen, equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, satellite TV, corner bench with dining table and a comfortable couch with coffee table. There are also 2 separate bedrooms in the apartment. One room can accommodate 2 people, 1 double bed, in the other 4 people can sleep, 1 double bed, 2 single beds. The shower and toilet are in another 2 rooms. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. However, there is an ashtray for smokers in the garden.

The apartment is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

The ski bus stops approx. 100 m from the house and runs every 30 minutes every day. in the surrounding ski areas.
With your own car, the Horbergbahn (Mayrhofener Bergbahnen ski area) is about 5 minutes away. Distance.

TOP Lage, gern wieder

Die Abstimmung vor dem Urlaub hat schon super geklappt. Die Vermieter sind super nett und da die Wohnung morgens nicht mehr belegt war, konnten wir sogar um 7 Uhr einchecken. Insgesamt eine super Wohnung mit TOP Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Het appartement lag op een ontzettend fijne plek, 1 min loopafstand van de skibus halte, supermarkt was 2-5 min rijden. Het appartement was wat meer gedateerd maar wel erg netjes, we misten wel een oven.Maria, de huisbaas reageerde heel snel op je berichten. Kan wel alleen maar Duits, ook het communiceren ging alleen in het Duits en kon niet via de app vertaalt worden.

Wir waren für insgesamt 4 Nächte im Zillertal. Die Wohnung war für 6 Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Gastgeberin war auch sehr freundlich, wir durften sogar frühzeitig einchecken. Es hat alles gepasst !

Große Zimmer, sehr nahe an den Skigebieten im Zillertal. Auch mit dem nah gelegenen Skibus ist eine schnelle Anreise zu verschiedenen Skigebieten möglich (Skibusse fahren erst ab ca. 8:30, Lifte öffnen aber schon um 8 Uhr).Schöner Blick auf die Berge, sehr freundliche und flexible Vermieterin

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern. Wohnzimmerbereich ist gross. Sofa könnte etwas größer sein. Ist aber keine Kritik. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Etwas abseits, aber mit Auto problemlos alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Gute Unterkunft

Guten Tag. Unsere Unterkunft vor Ort war durchaus gut. Besser als zu Fotos. Vermieter zudem sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist wirklich gross, die Schlafzimmer mehr als ausreichend gross. Ausstattung auch sehr gut. Alles tipp topp sauber. Bad mit Dusche gut und absolut ok. Das einzige was etwas fehlt ist ein wenig die Gemütlichkeit im grossen Wohnzimmer. Hier fehlt der österreichische flair und leider ist die Beleuchtung wirklich ungemütlich. Das ist sehr schade. Letzlich gewöhnt man sich ein wenig dran. Ein Skitrockenraum mit Skischuhheizung fehlt leider. Skischuhe müssen somit vor der Heizung platziert werden. Lage top. Sehr schnell in allen Skigebieten. Daher waren wir auch zufrieden. Mfg ...
