Overall the house was great for sharing with 2 families with lots of amenities. The only issue we had which was a huge disappointment was that the jacuzzi would not come on when we would go to use it and if it did it would only run for a short time before tripping the breaker that sat right next to it. The home was also did not provide adequate amount of trash bags for the number of nights books.

We absolutely loved this property!! It was everything we thought and hoped it would be and more!! Very clean, very cozy and cute, family friendly, and had all the things needed plus some. It’s the perfect location to all things!! We floated the river, went to the square, shopped in Austin, ate and shopped in Wimberley, grocery shopped at HEB and Walmart and everything was very drivable and accessible in minimal times. The owner, Beth, is also Amazing!! Very attentive and communicative, friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out too!! If you're planning to go any where near Austin, San Marcos, or San Antonio this is the absolute best place to stay!! Highly recommend it and we plan to stay here again if we come back this way. I can’t imagine there is a better place to stay!!
