A quick drive to Albury CBD, minutes from shopping precinct and amazing restaurants.
Golf lovers only 1.8 km drive from the Albury Golf Course. Nail Can Hill Ridge Track only 700 m away — perfect for mountain biking and walks.
We have a lockable double garage for those adventure people to store mountain bikes, boats cars etc.

Lovely outdoor area with fire pit area and bbq. Quiet neighbourhood, heaps of lawn area for kids to run around.

Albury Commercial Golf Club just 4 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk for an amazing meal, bar, betting facilities and outstanding 18 hole golf course ( we can assist with any golf bookings)
