Designed for easy, relaxed stays, it’s a bright and welcoming space for families and groups, with plenty of room to unwind.Self check-in via lockbox makes arrival simple and stress-free.



The Space:

Beachley House has a light, open feel, with open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas that make it easy to spend time together.



The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining, along with a dining area and comfortable living spaces both upstairs and downstairs.



There are four bedrooms in total, including three queen rooms and one with a triple bunk (double below, single above), making it ideal for families or groups.



The home is fitted with ducted heating and cooling throughout to keep you comfortable all year-round.

Outside, you’ll find a large outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and lounge seating, plus a front balcony with outdoor seating - perfect for a morning coffee or relaxed evening drink.



THE HOUSE:

For your comfort, the home is prepared with quality linen and modern bedding, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay. Cosy blankets are also provided and freshly washed for each guest - perfect for relaxed movie nights in.

- Four bedrooms: three rooms with queen beds and one with a triple bunk (double bottom, single top)

- Blackout roller blinds in every room for restful sleep.

- Mattress protectors and fresh linens provided.
