The air-conditioned living room features a queen size pull out sofa bed as well as a wifi enabled 40 inch mounted TV. The living room also provides access to the 510 square foot private deck which provides a one of a kind 210' degree wraparound view over looking Andy Livingstone park, Concord community park, BC's Science World, Rogers Arena, and an overlooking private view of the buildings private courtyard and its water-features.
The private deck also features 2 recliners, and 2 sun loungers for you to sit back and read while enjoying the sun. We also provide 6 chairs and a fold out table for anyone interested in taking their dining experience outdoors.
** NOTE ** The building complex is equipped with external camera as well as in the parking area and elevators, which are monitored by on-site personnel. There is a security camera installed on the outside deck facing outward from the building.
The open concept kitchen features a full fridge, full stove and oven, sink, dishwasher, and a bar area for up to 3 individuals anchored by a separate seating area which can seat 4.
