The view and location are worth the price. There's either one or two flights of steps to get to the living area and second bedroom. Beautiful modern unit, with huge decks on both the top bedroom level and the main living and first bedroom level, with a great view of the water and beach. It is a steep driveway but home is right above a beach parking area on the side of the mountain with fantastic views. . It is very easy walk to the wonderful, very large pools that have areas for swimming laps all the way down to small wading areas for small children with lifeguards around. Walking a slightly different direction will take you to a short street with many storefronts. Food ice cream bars et cetera, a very nice tourist. Type area. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We would have enjoyed staying much longer than we actually ended up staying here as we had other places we had to visit further up north. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had
