Perched up on the hill with an elevated aspect, this home is located 0.9km to the main street of Airlie Beach, where you can find countless shops, restaurants and bars to keep you entertained. If you are looking at journeying on a Whitsunday day trip, the Cruise Whitsunday ferries are located 2.2km away at the Port Of Airlie Marina, where they can pick you up and take you out to the Great Barrier Reef, Whitehaven Beach or the islands.

The Space:
This home is set out with multiple entertaining and living areas, to accommodate for all your guests. The garage is located on the top floor, which opens out to the bright and modern open plan kitchen. This kitchen flows to the upstairs lounge area, which opens out to the private pool and sun deck area as well as a large entertaining deck perfect for an evening barbeque after a long day exploring the Whitsunday Islands.
There is a baby car booster seat available at the property and high chairs and porta cots can be arranged upon requet also.

The spacious master bedroom is located off the main living area upstairs and has wide spread views of the tropical hillside surrounding Airlie Beach .

As you venture down the glass and timber staircase, you will be greeted by another living area that opens out to a second small entertaining deck and two more bedrooms, one bedroom has a walk in ensuite, walk in robe and the other bedroom has a built in robe and is located right beside the main bathroom.

At Seaview Avenue you will be surrounded by the sounds of nature. accompanied by friendly birdlife whilst you drink your coffee on the deck and be close to the action should you wish to venture out and see what Airlie Beach has to offer. The perfect location for a family or small group for a very comfortable holiday in a well presented property.

Airlie Beach

Great house. Good base for exploring the Whitsundays. We stayed 5 nights and was very comfortable for our family of 5. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property. Fantastic location

This is a lovely property in a quiet location and yet easy walking distance to Airlie town and beach. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the property managers who provided a high level of good communication although rarely required.

A great holiday house

We were delighted with every aspect of our stay. The internet box initially wasn’t working but this was replaced after we contacted the property managers. Great house and location- we would like to stay again

Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing

We had a great week at Seaview. Easy check in. Relaxing, comfortable, private home. Beautiful views across the nearby tropical bush and out to sea. Relaxing pool area and BBQ outdoor dining area. Fantastic, bright, comfortable living areas. Great, clean and spacious bathrooms. Recommended for families and groups of friends.
