Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff and overall experience with Best of Key West was excellent! Communication before and throughout our stay was great and the check in process was very easy. Whenever we had an issue with the home or questions, they were immediately addressed. The location of this home is outstanding. Very close to Duval but far enough away it was still peaceful. The home itself was just ok. We loved the "Key West" feel of the home but the furniture and appliances were very dated and tired. The deck is in rough shape, boards rotting and some not even secured making it pretty unsafe. Alli did send someone over right away to address the issue but the entire deck area should be evaluated. The exterior furniture also was pretty worn and old and could use updating. I wouldn't go as far as saying that we would not recommend this home but would be honest about our opinion on the condition.
