Master Bedroom suite is furnished with a King bed private bathroom plus an enclosed attached Den with seating area and a queen pull out sofa bed. Guest Bedrooms each have queen beds and share a full bathroom and open to a wrap around porch. W/D, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, towels ; bedding central air, ceiling fans, WiFi, cable and a private Carport for one car. This property should never be rented especially for 43k a month

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a rundown mess pool was green when we got there. We had no hot water and we had water dripping out of ceiling from broken AC into our guests heads. We finally got everything fixed and was only given 6,300$ back to compensate when we rented it for 43,000$ couch was ripped the upstairs pull out mattress was stained. Very bad experience and was told by neighbors there that this house is the slum of the neighborhood and should never of been rented.

Gorgeous house

This was our fifth Christmas in Key West and our second time staying in the Truman Annex. We were spoiled by this property by having a private, heated pool with gorgeous outdoor deck and patio. I was worried about the furnishings and state of the home, based on past reviews, but we found the home in a perfectly acceptable manner. It is an older home that had a few challenges, such as a leaky roof during hard rain, and the kitchen could have used a few additional cooking/baking tools to fix dinner, but it was all serviceable. The location can’t be beat! I’d definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great location, safe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very personable. Don’t feel like a rental at all. Safe, secure location with security guards close by. Gated community. Only 2 blocks from Duval. Lots of towels and room for everyone to enjoy breakfast and coffee outside. Pool was deep. Lawn chairs provided. Bbq grill did not have propane.
