Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is at 10:00 AM. We'd be happy to accomodate a later check out if we do not have guests checking in after you.
Please set the AC to 80º upon leaving. If you've been using heat, please move lever to the AC setting and set at 80º. Thank you.
Please put all trash and recycling into the provided receptacles outside. If you've moved furniture, pleae put it back where it was initially. Thank you.

Why they chose this property
We chose this beautiful neighborhood after living on a houseboat in Key West for years because of its proximity to everything we love to do here and it’s peacefulness. It’s in the Truman Annex, a partially gated community, just down from the Truman Little Whitehouse. We’re around the corner from the Truman Waterfront where we often ride bikes in the morning and just a little over a half mile to the beach at Fort Zachary Taylor State park and most importantly, walking distance to food and fun and theater. We love being close to the splash pad, Eco Center, pirate museum, aquarium and other child centered activities.
What makes this property unique
We have an upper deck and second deck small patios. Our garden area has a bbq and patio setting, where you can hang out after enjoying some poolside bliss, We are .6 miles to Zachary Taylor St Beach and .4 miles to the kid friendly Eco Center, and we’re around the corner from the Truman Waterfront where your small children can enjoy the splash pad, and where you can shop for fresh farm to table produce on Thursdays at the farmer’s market (in season). Come back later and enjoy absolutely gorgeous unobstructed sunsets. In the other direction you can walk through the peaceful Annex to our old town and water experiences which include excellent dining, music, theater, happy hour options, museums and much more. Our kitchen was remodeled 3 years ago and has a nice coffee station. And we can’t emphasize enough that we have a parking space!
