The Space:

This relaxed and well-kept apartment includes a generous main bedroom with brand new King size bed; and private sunny balcony, overlooking the pool.



Ample kitchen space with microwave, stove top, Nespresso coffee machine, full fridge/freezer. Although who wants to cook when you are this close to the amazing Hastings Street culinary action!



For the work-cationers, there is a dedicated desk space in the bedroom, making the apartment ideal for those looking for a perfect working holiday stay.



Quality linen and towels are supplied.

A porta cot & high chair are also provided, please just bring a cot sheet.





The resort has a relaxing heated pool, BBQ and outdoor dining facilities for you to soak up the sun in and cool down in after the beach.

There are free communal washing machines for your use and a clothes dryer for a small charge (clothes airer provided at your accommodation).

Undercover parking at the resort means you can leave your car and fully relax for your stay.

Guest Access:

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. There is a dedicated undercover parking spot. The heated pool is shared with the other apartments in the complex, as are the laundry facilities.



The Neighborhood:

Ideally located in close short flat walking distance to Hastings Street, Main Beach, shops and restaurants. 'Quamby Place' is just 700 metres away offering several iconic Noosa Restaurants including 'Rickys' and and 'Rock Salt'. The Noosa Ferry also stops at Quamby Place, as does the local bus. A sunset ferry ride is a must at least once during your stay!



Getting Around:

It's always best to leave the car behind if you are heading into Hastings Street or to Main Beach as car parks are difficult to find, especially in the holidays. It's a 10 minute flat walk to Hastings Street, Ubers and taxi's are generally easily available, and the nearest bus stop on Noosa Parade is just outside.



Other Things to Note:

This apartment enjoys prime position a very short stroll to Hastings Street and Main Beach, and is in original condition with many new and upgraded amenities such as the smart TV and appliances including Nespresso machine. We provide a great range of items including quality linen and towels, bathroom products, tea, coffee, sugar and other kitchen basics. We also engage a professional cleaning team.

The windows are double glazed and any road noise is hardly audible, it is very quiet inside given it's location.

The apartment has been priced appropriately for its condition and the amenities provided.
