-The condo itself was great, clean and looked as it did on the pictures when booking. -The indoor pool was completely closed for updates/repairs and that was never communicated upon booking nor in the listing description when booking. -There was no access key in the condo to get into the gym, or other amenities that required a key card. I communicated this with the host upon arriving, it was said that they’d contact the local team and get back to me… they never did. We didn’t obtain a key card the whole trip. -BEWARE…the parking garage clearance is 6’5” and there’s limited parking for cars that go over the clearance height. That is not communicated when booking either, and we almost didn’t get a parking spot on the condo lot. -The master bed was a little uncomfortable…the mattress needs replacing as there’s a major dip on one side causing one person to lean. -The location was great with beach access. -The pools were nice outside (again can’t speak for the indoor pool area). -1117 means 11th floor if you don’t know that either (I didn’t and had to ask what floor we were on out of 22 floors) -I would go back for a second chance, but would hope for better turn out with the things that didn’t work out.
