Outdated furniture and carpets dirty. Light fixtures in the hallway broken. Dryer broken. Refrigerator door handle broken. Found blood spots on sheets. Closet doors broken

The dryer has been fixed. We have replaced the closet doors and the handle on the frig but guests keep breaking them. My cleaning company said the stains were not blood and we replaced them immediately.

This was a great choice for a big family for the long Memorial Day weekend! The unit was clean and had all of the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The view was magnificent and my kids really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools.The parking garage was very tight, but we were always able to find a space. The building seems to only have 4 elevators and one was broken, so the wait was a little long at times. Nothing that the unit owners have any control over, but something to plan around!
