Casa de Playa - 2 bedroom
This first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is ideal for one or two couples. Bedroom number one features an en-suite, queen sized bed with walk in closet. Bedroom number two has a flat screen television.

An open concept living and dining room features a small dining table, large comfortable couch and chaise lounge. Full size, fully equipped and newly updated kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, stove, dishwasher and toaster oven. A coin machine washer & dryer in complex for washing clothes.

No smoking. No pets. Please note that after acceptance, you will be sent a few things to fill out and return. A short term lease will be submitted to the Condo Association prior to arrival. $100 application fee will apply (and is included in your payout fees).

Key West By The Beautiful Sea

One of the best vacation rental setups we've stayed in. Monica is an exemplary host as well. All communication from email, texting and speaking before and while visiting was extremely professional. The condo was a perfect setup for our first family vacation and has an amazing amount of amenities all within the grounds. It doesn't hurt having two pools, tennis courts, and the ocean across the street either! We can't wait to visit again.
