Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Pool heating is $100 per week and must be requested in advance

SECOND YEAR IN THIS HOME

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this house in February this year and experienced our first cold week in Key West (Mother nature's fault). When we turned on the heat for the first time in years it shorted out the electrical system but management responded quickly and put us up overnight in a condo and the power company had us up the next day (not bad for a small island). The second week warmed up and we enjoyed the house with its heated pool.Great location, upgraded bathrooms and kitchen and the outside area is the star of the house. Looking forward to a 3rd year if they will have us back.

Quiet part of town,great outside area and the home office made working remotely very easy. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great find! The home is close to many restaurants, bars, and shops, making it a perfect location for convenience. It’s well cared for and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. There’s parking for up to 3 vehicles. The property management company was a pleasure to work with—they kept us informed about pest control, deliveries, and any important updates. They also checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly and even helped us find our next long-term rental. A wonderful experience all around!
