Great place to stay but you may get hot water, or you may not. It was clean, spacious, comfortable. Master BR is NOT private (it's a loft upstairs that is open to main kitchen/living area below). Hot water faded in & out. NOT like a water heater that was running out of hot water, and needed to reheat, but it was hot for 3 min, then cold for 2 min, then hot again. So there must be a tankless heater or a setting in the house that really messed up a normal 5 min shower or doing kitchen dishes. Anyway - We really enjoyed the outdoor deck space, gas grill, & hot tub! We used the fireplace on the main level and the one on the upper level, both worked well. TV above the main fireplace is WAY too close, it got too hot to touch!! Hot tub was amazing. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed & more to cook & eat all meals at the house. Beds were comfortable & bathrooms clean, except faucets have no handles which made it tough to turn on/off - odd...The house is managed by "Natural Retreats" & we were REQUIRED to sign a liability waiver that was obviously professionally written by a corporate attorney. If you do not sign the waiver, they will cancel your stay. I read through the waiver and it makes the guest 110% liable for anything and everything - there was wording that mentioned a "daily average electric cost" and if you went above that average during the tenure of your stay by X% then they would charge your credit card. Overall, odd layout, but great stay!
