Bedroom 2: Queen bed + bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

Bedroom 3: Queen bed + bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)



The home features a recently renovated main bathroom with modern finishes, a walk-in shower, and a fresh, contemporary feel. A second shower is conveniently located in the laundry area, and there is also a separate toilet, providing a total of two toilets for added convenience.



A functional kitchen and dedicated laundry area provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. Step outside to a fully fenced yard and elevated deck, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

A car is recommended to explore the area and nearby attractions. The property offers easy driveway access and parking. Bridport town centre, beaches, and local shops are just a short drive away.



Guest Access



Guests will have access to the entire home, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, yard, and outdoor deck. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. Parking is available in the driveway only.



House Rules



Respect the peace: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am.

No smoking indoors: Smoking is only permitted outdoors; please dispose of butts responsibly.

Treat with care: Please look after our home as you would your own.



Pet Policy



Small pets are welcome (maximum of 2 pets). A fee of $100 per pet applies.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. All pet waste must be properly disposed of before check-out. Any excessive pet hair or mess inside the property should be cleaned before departure to avoid additional cleaning fees.

Any damage caused by pets during the stay will be the guest's responsibility and may result in additional charges.
