Large open plan living, dining for 8/10. Gas fire, huge deck with beautiful views. Loft for private times. Three large bedrooms. One bathroom, 3 separate toilet/basin rooms (one a cloakroom). Large yard. Parking. Great touring attractions, wineries, lavender farm etc. Just 10 minutes from Barnbougle and Lost Farm golf courses. Great walking tracks from the house including the wildflower track. 40 minutes from Branxholm (hop farm) and Derby bike trails.

We enjoyed our weekend despite the rough weather. The gas fireplace certainly warmed us up whilst in Bridport. Great location in the town and would recommend for others to stay in town.

Kerrie`s house at Bridport has everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen was well appointed, the gas heater kept us all warm. The view of the bay is also very good. The location was very quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Brilliant property

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The property has everything and more to make a comfortable and enjoying stay. It is situated in a beautiful location with a great view of the bay. Shops are a short stroll and our kids loved the east access to the school playground. We would absolutely recommend this property and will be back soon for our next holiday.

My family felt right at home in this house. The location is a short walk from the beach and local amenities. Inside was well equip and warmly styled to give a nice feeling of a home from home. The home had a few places for the teenagers to chill, away from the adults and young kids. Topping this off with an owner who had great communication, at the right times, we wouldn't hesitate to book here again, should we return to Bridport.

This house just kept giving. The kids had a great time exploring all the levels of the house! Set back in a quiet neighbourhood but very close to the Main Street. This house really delivered for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Easter Weekend

A big space which suited our group. It was also a lovely surprise to find the back deck overlooks the local primary school playground with a gate in the back fence so the kids could visit while we hung out on the deck. All living space upstairs, bedrooms downstairs. Kerrie made our stay easy. As this was the hosts first time renting their property we felt very welcomed.

Magic house indeed!

What a perfect spot to stay in Bridport, which itself is a perfect spot to stay. Super effective heater in the open living spaces upstairs and super effective electric blankets on the beds downstairs (very welcome in July!). Plenty of space to get away from each other and plenty of space to hang out with each other. And a toilet each! Perfect for the slightly random collection of me, a cousin and a friend. Large, well-equipped kitchen and expansive views of the ocean - a treat for the city-bound like us. On finding ourselves house-bound the first evening, thanks to storms, a further treat to find favourite games on a bookshelf. The main street with cafes and a good supermarket is an easy walk away. Kerrie was very responsive to enquiries and in her email welcoming us to the house provided lots of suggestions for what to see and do. We will have to return some day to try more of them - something we would all gladly do. Especially if we could stay again in this truly lovely, light, bright and spacious home.

We bought this as a half shack, half renovated home. We have finished the inside but still the garden is a work in progress. It is a very relaxing home and has a great feel to it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

You will know as soon as you arrive that it is just made for holidays and relaxing. It is central to most of the north of Tasmania. Bridport has many beautiful walking tracks, through bush and along the foreshore, all easily accessible from our place.
