We enjoyed our time here, the place was immaculate, modern, well furnished and had everything we needed. Location is close by car to shops/restaurants, Seabus and Grouse Mountain. Everything was as promised, so we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks for providing a great place for your guests!

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay thanks to the incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. The house is modern and immaculately clean, making it a truly pleasant place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, and the convenient proximity to downtown made sightseeing a breeze. Highly recommended!

Tim's place is amazing. Very clean & quiet other than traffic from major highway next door, which also quieted down at night (& accommodation's are in basement muffling sound). Tim was very quick to respond to all communication's. We would stay again. Thanks, Tim

The place was clean and nicely remodeled. Tim was a pleasure to work with and was always very quick with any answers to our questions. Heated bathroom floor and roomy rooms. Nice TVs in both the living and bed room. 10 out of 10 for us.

Tim's garden suite is a peaceful oasis in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. The suite is very comfortable, and well organized. Kitchen had everything we needed for basic cooking. The neighbourhood was very easy to access off Hwy 1, and the Capilano Rd turnoff. Will definitely book again.

Tim’s place was perfect for our weekend trip in Vancouver! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and in a beautiful and safe neighborhood.
