Great StayWe had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, neat, clean and very well maintained, with a great price. We had a lovely time with our family and friends and really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.The host was very friendly and communicative, providing clear instructions for accessing the house and all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing family holiday. Thank you to the host and Stayz for a great experience!

Lovely is house but that’s where the positive feedback stops. Lots of mess in garage. Smoke buds left around the yard. Older food left in the fridge and freezer. No Teas or sugars, salts or pepper it was all extremely basic compared to a lot of places we have stayed at. No remote to upstairs TV. mess under beds. Watered down shampoo and body wash and laundry liquid. No children’s plates or cups. Only 1 of the gas stove burners worked. Hand towels were not washed before we arrived. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 bedroom house. The garage door stopped working half way through our stay, we went out one day and came back and the door wouldn’t open with the remote so we parked in the drive way the rest of the stay. The owner tried to accuse us for the reason it stopped working they contacted us 30 mins after we vacated the house and harassed us about it.. It wasn’t a nice way to end our family holiday.

This property was well prepared what stated in advertising to welcome new clients to arrive. Client texted messages to me in later afternoon of Saturday about garage door was unable to open. She said that she could park car in the front of my garage driveway it was a safe place. I asked her what door look like? She said it was good as usual in good condition. I also asked her to send me pictures but she didn’t send. I mentioned to her that it could be battery issue but she didn’t respond to me. For her privacy I did not interrupt her on Sunday. On Monday after checking out I discovered that two wires of door came out from wheel entirely. In addition, while I did cleaning after checking out two broken items were in rubbish bin. she did not tell me that they broken our display and wall pictures, she just simply left them in rubbish bin until. I pointed out that she broken our personal collection in this house. She said to me very rudely these items were very cheap stuff she did not want to reimburse anything. From this point, it could tell that she is not a hornet person and she is overacting. Attitude was very bad. I can image that she treat all hosts. So I don’t want her to come back.
