Central Family Home | 4 Bed 2 Bath | Entire House w Yards | Transit & Parking
This is our home here in Vancouver. We previously rented a suite in the house on Airbnb with 60+ stays as Superhosts. We’re now offering the full house this summer!
You'll have a kitchen, laundry, front/back yards & free parking. Enjoy our walkable neighborhood & a quick drive / transit to any part of the city. Parks, coffee shops & great food nearby. We hope you love it as much as we do.
On the main floor: Master bedroom (King) and small bedroom (Twin/Single AND Crib) on the main floor. Note the 2nd bedroom has laundry machines. We have a full kitchen, a living room, a dining/another living room with play area in the back, and laundry. Both bathrooms are on this floor.
Upstairs: Two small bedrooms (Queen and Twin), each has a desk to work at. Please note the stairs to go upstairs are fairly steep.
We recently updated the house with air conditioning but it's only on the main floor. Upstairs does not have AC and will only have fans. It can get hot upstairs in the summer.
We have a gated frontyard with a small playzone and a relaxing front porch to enjoy sitting out on. We have a backyard that is fully private but you can hear next door neighbours if they're out :). This is an amazing community with many families in the neighbourhood. We have very kind, respectful neighbours.
Mountain views all around the neighbourhood - which is actually called Mountain View! You can see them from one of the upstairs bedrooms but also as soon as you walk around.
We’re excited to host respectful guests, recognizing this is our home.
No parties please - family friendly neighbourhood.

We're a young family with two little kids so we're constantly doing things to keep them busy and hanging out with our friends and family. We love the outdoors and I personally love sitting on our front porch when it's a nice day looking at the trees or at sunset. We used to host half our house on airbnb and it was really fun, now we're renting out house for the summer while we're away, so we're excited to have people share our loved house and neighbourhood.
Why they chose this property
We've been in this neighbourhood for over six years - we got really lucky! We chose it because it's really central, so easy to get around via car, transit or walking, and it's really family-friendly. We love to go on neighbourhood walks to parks, coffee shops, and cafes. People are really friendly. There are so many plants and flowers always blooming around and the mountain views are gorgeous.
What makes this property unique
We've put a lot of love and care into our home over the years, and having so many plants and flowers outside are especially nice in the summer. We've set up our house to be family-friendly while also enjoyable to sit and hang out around the house for cozy evenings. It has a lot of character and I hope others can tell how much we care for it.
