Near the house there are many cultural monuments and natural source of drinking water . A separate Terrassse , in a traditional barbecue is available , located next to the main entrance , and available to you standeth the vegetable garden .. The house has two floors , each floor with separate entrance, ideal for two families. Each floor has a large living room with fully equipped kitchen , two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. Terrace and balcony. TV / SAT, washing machine. Parking , barbecue . Outdoor pool , about 5.60 m x 2.60 m with loungers and outdoor shower . TV / satellite, Internet , DVD, CD , two parking spaces , outdoor pool and loungers. Here you can fully relax and enjoy your holiday

tranquility near the Adriatic

Situated on a hill in a small village between part of the Dalmatian mountain range and the Adriatic sea, the views of the mountains are impressive and of the water, serene. The apartments, including bathrooms and bedrooms, are a nice size; everything is clean and functioning; and the pool is refreshing.

Great location and space but not well supplied

This location is beautiful, overlooking Baska Voda and the sea below and only 10minutes from several beaches. We had to combine equipment and appliances from both kitchens to properly prepare meals though (only one apartment had an oven, only one held a microwave, one range only had one operational burner and there were no basics provided (condiments, oils, spices, salt and pepper so we had to supply those ourselves. Our host were very kind and provided advice on places to go or contacts for activities but a mixed bag on responding to household issues. Finally - the rooms do not hold King beds as reported in the listing: they are Full or Queen at best. (worked out fine but we were glad we didn't have more guests as planned).

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful location and the stunning views of Baska Voda and the sea, as well as our recommendations for local activities. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the kitchen equipment and appliances. We understand how important a fully functional kitchen is for meal preparation. We haven't had any complaints on that matter so far. The property is rented out as a single-unit- holiday home, and not two separate units or apartments. Usually, all holiday homes have just one kitchen so having two of them at your disposal is a luxury. We will also look into upgrading the main kitchen facilities to better accommodate our guests’ needs although as I said we haven't had any complaints so far. Regarding the provision of basic condiments and spices, we avoid doing so because it is not hygienic for many groups of people to use. We aim to make our guests as comfortable as possible, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. We are sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the bed sizes. We will review our listing to ensure it accurately reflects the bed sizes in each room. We understand how this could have impacted your stay and appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an even better experience.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit atemberaubender Aussicht.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt viel in der Umgebung zu entdecken und anschließend kann man am Pool entspannen oder auf der Terrasse einen Wein trinken und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist super schön, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf den beiden Terrassen ist ein Traum. Man muss nur wissen,dass 2 der 4 Zimmer sehr klein sind. Außerdem wären Fliegengitter ratsam. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Very nice home in good quiet place

You need a car to get to the beach (5-10 min). House is suits 2 families of 2x4-5 people as you have 2 separate flats there. Very nice and helpful owner.

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus!

Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub mit 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern in diesem Ferienhaus, es war alles sehr schön und sauber. Das Haus liegt direkt an Wanderrouten und Fahrradtour, ideal für aktive Menschen und Bergfreunde. Die Küste und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Im Ort gibt es ein nettes Restaurant mit leckerer einheimischer Küche. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und werden auch gerne selbst wieder kommen.

Très jolie maison avec une vue fabuleuse

Maison sur les hauteurs avec une vue a coupé le souffle. Deux appartements indépendants, très bien équipés. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et charmants. Les activités et lieux de visites ne manquent pas aux alentours, ainsi que des plages sublimes. Nous étions de familles de 4 et ne pouvons que recommander cette maison.
