The is on a great location. Unfortunately, it was not clean. We found a load of toenails clippings (disgusting) in the family room and pizza boxes and other trash by the garage door, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and not very clean pans and dishes put away in the cabinets. At this price point that’s simply unacceptable. We checked in after the rental office was closed and had to clean it all ourselves. I will say the rental company was responsive when they opened back up 2 days after we checked in but we were not offered any remuneration other than an offer to send a cleaning crew back over (after we cleaned). Furnishings are very dated given the price point.
