Description of the House
This house is a brand new house to the rental market (Saturday to Saturday rental) with new kitchen and bathrooms. This is a three floor cape house with 3 bedrooms which can easily sleep ten people.
- Brand new kitchen with new appliances, including new french door refrigerator, 1500 kw over the range micro-wave with external venting, new stove, new oven and a new dish-washer. Back splash comes with new LED lighting to enhance the ambience.
- Brand new patio with sitting bench, table and a fire pit!
- Open kitchen plan with dining room that opens up to a spacious deck for entertaining. Kitchen connects with the dining room via a Quartz counter that is great for serving food and entertaining.
- Dining room boasts a large buffet and a wine fridge for your wines and drinks.
- The Main Floor includes a spacious Living Room with wood burning Fireplace that connects to a Dining Room with Pantry
- The Main Floor also includes a full bathroom with night-light and bluetooth music for your shower.
- The Second Floor has all the three bedrooms. It also has a full bathroom that features night-light and bluetooth music capability.
- The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Sofa bed. (sleeps three)
- The Middle Bedroom has a bunk bed and two additional beds to sleep four. (sleeps four)
- The Third Bedroom has a queen bed and boasts a Papasan double chair plus cushion. (sleeps two)
- The Basement has a bonus room with its own entrance that has its own wooden fireplace and pull-out sofa bed. (sleeps two) It leads to a outdoor shower, patio and a separate driveway.
- The house comes with a brand new Washer and a brand new Dryer.
- There is an extra refrigerator in the basement floor.
- The house comes with 3 bicycles (one electrical) and a paddle board.

Wonderful family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The property owner was very responsive and welcoming, the location could not have been better, and the home had all of the amenities we could possibly ask for. We were a large group with a toddler and dogs along and there was more than enough room for everyone. We had a great experience and built great family memories.

Great location

We so loved the location with the proximity to Main St in Chatham. Our host Anadi was incredibly welcoming and so very responsive.. The electric bike was a welcome surprise and a huge bonus. Also, the location being near the school and the Chatham Anglers baseball kept us very busy. Would definitely recommend the home and the hosts - just felt so welcome!

The owners were very kind and always available for any questions. The rental felt like home sweet home. It accommodations were decorated so cool. Really organized, and beds and sofa were super comfortable. The outside had some awesome features from the grill to the outside fireplace. We walked to famous Chatham baseball and fireworks. Rode out bikes on trail. Would definitely rent again!

Best Vacation Ever!

The house is absolutely adorable and everyone agreed the pictures don't do it justice. We had a group of 9 and seemed to fit everyone great - especially enjoyed the adorable patio and outdoor shower. Great parking (4 spots) and just close to EVERYTHING. We love where we live, but miss "Chatmandu" terribly (the name of house). Great spot to chill, power walk/run, site see, bike ride, eat out.

Great house!

This house was perfect for our family vacation--it has great hangout space for kids and adults (including an awesome patio). It was clean and well-kept and decorated in a fun way. The house is also convenient for lots of destinations in Chatham and the Cape generally. And the host was very nice, and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved it!

Chatham vacation

Great location a short distance from Main Street, fish pier and beaches. Owner was very accommodating and welcoming and quick to respond. House was in great shape and very clean and whereas we had a need for a pet friendly home, this was perfect!

What makes this property unique

Since it is used by a family when not used by the guest, there are lots of amenities that the guests can use including the patio, two bicycles, and a paddle board. The patio is a great place to relax during the evening. Please enjoy this home just like how we have enjoyed it as a family!
