Centrally located vacation home with central air conditioning in an ideal location with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus an outdoor shower in walking distance to town. This charming cul-de-sac neighborhood offers easy access to the Chatham bike path, public tennis and basketball courts, ball field and a vast selection of fresh and salt water beaches. The White’s Pond beach for freshwater swimming and kayaking is less than a 10 min walk.

The large three-season porch off the dining room with an ample sitting area offers additional space for entertaining from the fully equipped kitchen with a new quartz counter top island and seating to enjoy your morning coffee. The spacious main level, with its fireplace living room and 50 inch flat screen TV and adjacent dining room, creates a nice open flow.

On the main level are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with private access to the tub/shower bathroom. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has one queen size bed. The lower level has an additional room that provides more space to host 8 people comfortably. The spacious driveway can park a boat and 6 cars. The one car garage has direct access to the finished basement offering a family room with built-in shelves which hold another 50 inch flat screen TV, and a full bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. Two additional rooms provide ample space for kids' activities.

The property also had the lawn completely redone with an irragation system and a new patio with fire pit and outdoor shower added in June 2019.

A Chatham Getaway!

Wonderful cape vacation

We had a wonderful week stay . Perfect location in Chatham. Close to downtown and the beach. The house itself had everything we needed and more. We had a wonderful 2-week multi-generation stay at Winner 's house. The house was meticulously clean and thoughtfully set up. We had everything we needed for beach days, and the location was also great for walking, visiting town, going to ponds, even playing pickle ball. We did a mix of eating out in nearby restaurants and cooking in. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep.Check-in and check-out were easy, and Winner was very responsive to questions. She provided several suggestions for local places and activities, and she very thoughfully left a gift basket for our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect!

Great property, wonderful stay

The house was exactly as described. Very clean, the space is set up well. We stayed with my in-laws and teenager, and I always felt like there was plenty of space for all of us. Everything we needed during the week was on hand. The location is really great, with easy access to Chatham, Route 6, and Route 6a - it was easy to visit all of our favorite spots on the Cape. We had a fabulous week at this lovely home in Chatham. Everyone enjoyed the spaciousness of the home, the kids liked the games and outdoor space, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lovely home with bike path access

Lovely and clean, this home had everything needed... and special touches we had not expected. The house was tastefully decorated and thought given to vacation needs: patio/grill/plenty of space/outdoor shower... and quick access to the bike path. We all agreed that we would stay there again, and there is room for grandparents or other family to join for a night. Thank you!! This was a wonderful spot! Oh - a deer even ran through the yard - the kids loved that!

We stayed in this wonderful home away from home for a week and loved the location, the comfort, the amenities, and the ease of being Winner’s guests. Her home was immaculate with so much space in a beautiful neighborhood setting. Everything was fresh and nicely updated and Winner has thoughtfully stocked this home with everything a guest could possibly need for an enjoyable and carefree stay. The proximity to charming Chatham was fabulous and we also enjoyed the easy access to the bike trail. Perfect Location in Cape Cod

My husband and I rented this property with three of our friends for our first post Covid vacation and we couldn't have been happier! The location is perfect as its in the "elbow" of the Cape allowing us to easily pop up to Provincetown or over to Falmouth to browse the shops and catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to space out and relax without crowding each other. Winner the owner has stocked the home with absolutely anything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the bathrooms! They even have a fire pit, wood, and coolers and chairs for the beach! We couldn't have been happier with our choice! Communication with Winner was prompt and easy! RENT THIS HOME! :) We can't wait to come back! Thank you again for allowing us to stay! Maya

Lovely getaway!

My family and I stayed here for a week in June and loved Chatham. The house itself had everything we needed (including an outdoor shower and close proximity to town - 5 min drive most places). When we arrived we had a bit of a stressful check-in as the air conditioning was turned off in the house and it was approx 80 degrees after driving in the car for a few hours. Luckily Winner was very responsive and called a A/C tech to evaluate the temperature. While it took longer than expected to cool the place down (approx 5-6 hours) the temperature in the house was great after that. If staying here, just make sure that the AC is never turned off (it seems the cleaning people did this before we arrived). Other than that, we had a fantastic trip. Chatham is a lovely town and the house is right off the old colonel rail trail for biking and beaches are just a few min drive away. Thanks for the great trip!

Perfect rental for our family!

We just finished our week in Chatham and highly recommend renting this house. It was the perfect fit for our family. Winner was a fantastic host and was very easy to communicate with whenever needed. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Our children (6, 3 & 1 1/2) loved the outdoor shower and the backyard. We all loved the screened in porch, the bonus space in the basement and the location was perfect - close to the bike trail, town, the beach. It was hot and the AC worked well, thank goodness! Checking in and out was an easy process and we can’t wait to come back!

Our family loved staying in this rental. We had more than enough room and everything was just as we expected. In fact there was more space and hang out areas than we realized. And it had everything! The kitchen was the so well stocked with good quality items that cooking was a breeze. Great Cape Cod Getaway

I came with my daughter and a few of her friends to celebrate their High School graduation in the time of covid. We all were tested before leaving and had a wonderful time in this super cute clean spacious home! There were snacks for us, lots of beach equipment, a great outdoor shower for getting the sand off and very close to everything! Superb place! Comfortable and well appointed

This home was lovely and well stocked with games and entertainment in addition to linens and kitchen items. The bedrooms on both levels gave us lots of flexibility and our kids loved the backyard. The location is great, near lots to do in Chatham, with immediate access to the bike path. We would happily return.

Excellent home for a long weekend

I stayed 4 nights at Winner's property with friends while we were in town for a wedding. The property was immaculate, and Winner had thought of everything - even a welcome basket with Cape Cod chips, salt water taffy, and more! The home was beautiful with 4 bedrooms plus a daybed, 2 full bathrooms, a washer & dryer, and really comfortable lounge areas. Winner's communication was exceptional and answered every question I had leading up to the trip, plus sent a long message on check-in day with so many details that I knew I didn't have to worry. Winner even followed up to ask what to do with a few items that we left and offered to mail them back. Overall, my friends and I had an absolutely incredible stay and I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Chatham.
