This property offers travelers an experience like no other property in Chatham. Set back deep off of Barn Hill rd on over 1.25 acres of park like grounds. Complete privacy yet minutes to all the activities Chatham has to offer. Immaculate interior completely renovated, with a backyard like no other. Located on the beach access road with sidewalks at the end of driveway, No road crossings. 15 minute stroll, or 2 minute drive to Hardings beach and 5 minute drive to downtown Chatham. Home features a large deck with natural gas weber grill, Teak dining set for 8 people. Deck leads to a 20x20 large patio with additional high bar table and chairs for 4. An additional couch and chairs for 6 people. There is a horse shoe pit and a large fire pit with seating for 6. Cafe style lighting and outdoor speakers surround the outdoor space. Spacious cedar outdoor shower. Interior of home has large kitchen with granite countertops, maple cabinets fully stocked with all kitchen utilities needed to prepare meals. Kitchen also includes a built in wine fridge. Large dining room table that seats 8 with double glass sliders leading to deck. Living room has gas fireplace, large sectional couch, 50" flat screen TV with sound bar, along with air conditioning for relaxing after a hard day at the beach.
Primary suite with private bath, 42" flat screen TV and air conditioning. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, 42" flat screen TV and air conditioning.
In-law suite has 2 queen beds, 42" Flat screen TV, full bath, air conditioning and separate area with couch, and 50" Flat screen TV for watching or gaming.
*All 3 full baths have showers, no bathtub in home*

Clean and lovely home

First time to cape Cod with family, 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Plenty of space for everyone and outdoor living area is amazing! Home was so clean, comfortable and well equipped for anything. Having towels and linens included was a huge bonus. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful property!

Perfect location. 1 mile walk to beach. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a great family vacation. We had four generations ages 2-86. Everyone had a great time and Anthony was very responsive. Beautiful property.

Summer Fun

What a great home and great location- especially for families! Tucked down a driveway, it has a sense of solitude and privacy… but, just a few steps away are ice cream, donuts, tacos and burgers- Close enough for my teens to wander down for a couple of scoops. The home is super clean and everything has been thought of for whipping a meal together. The kitchen is really great! Thank you, Anthony and Joanne for sharing your home!

Great property and location!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. The back yard was a popular spot to hang out in, play games, or sit around the fire pit. The house was very well-appointed and supplied with anything you would need including beach blankets and chairs. The location was perfect. The gorgeous Hardings beach was within a mile. Many of my family also enjoyed access (walking distance) to many food options and Dunkins. Dogfish brewery also had live music on some nights, which added to the fun. Anthony and Joann were easy to reach and very accommodating. Leaving the property was also very easy as we didn't need to strip or wash the bed linens. I would highly recommend this property and host.

The perfect Cape Cod rental experience!

If we could rate this experience higher, we would. From the moment we submitted a request to book, to departing from our trip, the overall experience was exceptional. Anthony and Joann were fantastic hosts and the property was flawless. Everything was carefully thought out and the home was so welcoming. Perfect for relaxing, entertaining and enjoying what the Cape has to offer. Quick bike ride to a beautiful beach and a wonderful fire pit to relax and enjoy in the evening. Great Week!

This was our first trip to the Cape with my family. Could not have gone better! Anthony and Joann were fantastic hosts. Provided so much input and recommendations well before even coming there. The restaurants they recommended (especially enjoyed at Wequasset!), the shops they suggested we go to, everything they told us ended up being spot on! The house is beautiful and great to unwind, especially in the spacious backyard with the fire pit. Beautifully decorated and all of the amenities made the week completely stress–free! And the location made doing day trips to different parts of the Cape so easy. Totally recommend!!!

Charming Chatham for 3 Adult Couples

Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to all inquiries via text or VRBO messaging. HIs home was immaculate when we arrived. His gardens are beautiful too. Every detail was thought of including a fully stocked kitchen, labeled outlets and switches, beds were made and extra towel sets were provided. Wonderful outdoor shower. Location was great for lovely morning walks to beaches and to town. Outside deck area was perfect for bar-b-ques and relaxing. A true gem of a host and his hospitality.

Beautiful home with all the amenities!

Anthony’s home is beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything needed for a relaxing Chatham vacation. We loved the backyard with plenty of room to relax, play horseshoes, and enjoy the fire pit. We loved being walking/running distance from Harding’s beach and a short drive to Ridgevale beach. We enjoyed several delicious seafood and ice cream options right near by. Our family had a wonderful time and hope to be back next year!

Great house!

We visit Cape Cod every summer, this time we were very fortunate to find this amazing house! It is very close to bike trail, beautiful beach, restaurants, ice cream shop and a five minute drive to downtown Chatham. Very clean, organized and a beautiful backyard! Hope we can stay there again in the future!

Chatham Gem

This property was one of our all time favorite VRBO rentals. Every detail has been thought of from the property owners, from the moment you check in you can see how much care they take in their home. The home was spotless!! We enjoyed the private backyard and proximity to many amenities. Our teens loved being able to walk to morning coffee and evening ice-cream. I enjoyed my morning walk to the beach. We would rent this home again.

A Perfect Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay! Your home is beautifully decorated and was super clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware and appliances we could possibly need. The patio and fire pit, complete with outdoor string lights, provided a relaxing, peaceful, and private outdoor area where we spent time eating meals and roasting marshmallows. The location was perfect - just a 2-minute walk to the local ice cream shop, 2-mile bike ride to downtown Chatham, and 5-minute drive to Hardings Beach. Highly recommend! Great Cape Vacation Home
